1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing the services of CodersArray, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a custom Statement of Work (SOW), CodersArray retains all intellectual property rights to the core underlying tools, AI models, and code libraries utilized during development. Upon final payment, clients are granted licenses and ownership to the customized outputs as defined in their contract.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services and software only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our AI solutions or web platforms to generate malicious content, perform unauthorized data scraping, or violate the privacy rights of others.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CodersArray, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodersArray is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
